Collections, the Sangh way
Chadhavo, Supan ni boli, Aangi and Sangh Pujan. Each one is recorded by the name the Sangh has always used, and each one becomes one clean line in the ledger.
A Paryushan evening moves fast. Bids are called in mun, an Aangi is booked for tomorrow, and someone at the back pledges Sangh Pujan for the whole day. The desk has to keep up without inventing new words. So the app does not invent any.
The workflow
Open the day
Pick the event and the day. Enter today's attendance, or leave it for later. A pledge saved before the count is known catches up the moment you add it.

Choose the family, the item and the khata. સુપન ની બોલી is typed in mun and the rupee value appears beside it at your Sangh's rate. આંગી is booked at that day's rate. સંઘ પૂજન is per person, multiplied by the attendance.

Before saving, the book view shows everything this family has pledged this year across every khata. A duplicate is caught at the desk, not at the audit.
It becomes a ledger line
Every pledge is now a line with a status: pending, received or on hold. Take payment now, or leave it for the credit desk.

Recording a Supan ni boli bid of 501 mun and knowing its rupee value
Before
Write the mun in the register, multiply later, and hope the rate used is this year's.
Now
Type 501. ₹1,252.50 appears beside it. The rate is a Sangh setting, not something to remember.

How does mun convert to rupees?
Each Sangh sets its own rate, for example 1 mun = ₹2.50. The rate is stored on the Sangh, and every line records the rate that applied when it was saved. An old bid never changes when the rate does.
What happens to a Sangh Pujan pledge saved before the attendance is known?
It is saved per person and marked as waiting for a count. When the day's attendance is entered, every per-person pledge for that day is worked out again and the ledger lines update. If the count is corrected later, they update again.
Can a pledge be moved to a different khata or day?
Yes. Moving keeps the original line's history and writes a new one. The family statement shows the move at once, and the activity log records who moved it and when.
Can we record anonymous donations or an extra amount?
Yes. An anonymous donation goes to the khata with no family attached. An extra amount paid on top of a pledge is split across khatas exactly as you choose, and each part becomes its own line.
