These are the terms for using shreesangh.com and, where a Sangh has signed up, the ShreeSangh app. They are written in plain words on purpose.
The website
- You may read and share anything on this site. Please do not copy the product screens or the explanations of the Sangh's words as if they were your own.
- The figures and the sample statement on this site are examples. The sample family is not real.
The app, for a Sangh that has signed up
- The Sangh owns its data. We keep it safe, separate from other Sanghs, and available for export.
- Trustees are responsible for who they give access to and for the correctness of what their volunteers enter. The activity log exists so that this is always visible.
- We keep the system running, back it up daily, and fix faults. We tell the Sangh before any change that affects how the ledger is worked out.
- Fees, if any, are agreed in writing with each Sangh. Nothing on this site creates a charge.
- Either side can end the arrangement with notice. The Sangh receives a full export of its data before its account is closed.
Limits
The app is a record-keeping tool. Decisions about khatas, rates, pledges and payments are the Sangh's own, and the Sangh remains responsible for its accounts and its legal filings.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Ahmedabad.
