How it works
What happens between a Sangh saying yes and its first event on the system. About four weeks, and we do most of the work.
Week 1
Set up the Sangh
We create your Sangh, set up the khatas, the membership fee, the mun rate and the yearly cycle, and add your trustees and admins with the right rights. You send us your member register as a spreadsheet.
Week 2
Import members and families
Members, dependents and membership numbers are imported and checked with you. Existing dues can be added as opening balances, so the very first statement is already right.
Week 3
Train the desk
One evening with the volunteers who will sit at the desk: entering a pledge, taking a payment, printing a statement, handing over a wallet. Most learn it in an hour.
Week 4
The first event
We set up the event with you and stay on WhatsApp through its first days. After that, the daily check and the activity log keep watch.
