The Sangh knows its members as families. A registered member, the family under them, and one statement that covers all of them. The app keeps that shape instead of flattening it into a list of names.
The workflow
Add a member
Name, phone, address and a membership number. Add family members under the registered member, so pledges made by anyone in the family appear on one statement.
Choose a plan
A plan carries a fee and a yearly cycle. The fee becomes a pending line in the મેમ્બરશિપ લવાજમ khata as soon as the plan is assigned.
Renew everyone
When the year turns, one action renews every ended membership and writes the new year's fee for each family. Members who have already paid ahead are skipped.
Add someone from any desk
A new face at the Paryushan desk should not have to wait. Quick add creates the member from the pledge screen and you carry on.

Can a family member become a registered member later?
Yes. A family member can be made the head of their own family, taking their pledge history with them. The old family's statement is adjusted and the move is logged.
How do members log in?
With their phone number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. There is no password to forget.
Can we import our existing register?
Yes. Members, families and membership numbers are imported from a spreadsheet during setup. See the how-it-works page for the week-by-week plan.
