Events and the days in them
Paryushan, Oli or any event, set up once and reused. Each day carries its attendance, its Aangi rate and its schedule.
An event is not one thing. It is a run of days, each with its own count and its own rate. The app keeps a record for every day, so Sangh Pujan on day five is worked out against day five's attendance and nothing else.
The workflow
Create the event from a type
An event type holds the defaults: which khatas are open, the Aangi rate for normal and special days, the schedule template. Creating this year's Paryushan takes a minute.
Set up the days
Each day gets its date, its rate and, later, its attendance. Days can be added or removed while the event is still upcoming.
Publish the schedule and notices
Pratikraman timings, pravachan, the day's programme. The notice board lists the day's pledges so members can see them on their phones.
Let it run
Events move from upcoming to active to completed by their dates. A completed event's report is ready with no closing step.

Can two events overlap?
Yes. Each line belongs to one event and one day, so an Oli that overlaps another programme keeps its own figures.
What is the gallery for?
Photos from the event, visible to members in the app. It is optional and separate from the ledger.
Can we change a day's rate after pledges are recorded?
Yes. The app tells you how many lines will be affected before you confirm. The lines are worked out again and the change is logged.
